"Magenta Sunrise"

Reworked with chalk pastel.

"This photograph was made the same morning as "Cedar Straits Sunrise" only this time I intentionally blurred the focus on the lens of my camera.  This softens the focus to give more of an impression of the experience, rather than an exact photograph.   I also used chalk pastels to rework the surface of the photograph.  This is done to soften the image and create an original drawing."
